Usable to get a safe and faster verification of a failure due to wrong usage of the machine. The system can transfer to the host adapter the following information stored in the machine core:

1. on-time: the sum of the times the welder was powered

2. working-time: the sum of the times the machine was welding

3. thermal-lockout counter: counts the number of times the overheat switched off the machine due to too high internal temperature

4. overvoltage counter: counts the number of times the welder was disconnected from mains due to overvoltage power supply

All these data are automatically stored in the welder.
